Q. Why am I receiving a login error when I try to log into the marketplace?
A. Your profile for Services will not automatically create a profile in the Marketplace.
Q. When will my listing expire?
A. Your listing will expire after 60 days in the Marketplace (180 days for Real Estate), 180 days for Services and 60 days for Service Requests.
Q. Can non-military personnel post listings?
A. We welcome everyone to submit listings, however, our services are geared towards our military members and their families.
Q. Will my address show up after adding a listing?
A. No. As an extra level of protection, your exact address will not show up in listings. An area will be highlighted on a map displaying the general location of your listing.
Q. How are listing results displayed?
A. Results are generated based on words located in the title and description of your listing.
